S.T.O.P: 2 minutes. Very short meditation of 2 minutes to pause, relax and open up in the midst of all things. A meditation you can do as often as you like to cultivate more mindfulness in your life: at your work, at home, wherever you are (there you are).


ABC and D Meditation: 10 minutes. With this meditation you cultivate focus and calmness of the mind so that you can be more focussed, creative and open minded facing all challenges in daily (work)life.
